Your domain, hosting and email are the foundations everything else sits on. We help you choose and register the right domain, set up reliable hosting, DNS, SSL and business email, and move existing websites without downtime, with ownership kept in your business's name.

Get Set Up What we handle

Domains, DNS and hosting explained simply

A domain name is your address on the internet, such as yourcompany.com. DNS (the domain name system) is the set of records that tells the internet where that address points: your website, your email and verification services. Hosting is the server where your website's files and database live. Business email uses your domain for addresses like sales@yourcompany.com. When these are set up carelessly, sites go down, email lands in spam and businesses sometimes lose control of their own domain. Getting them right once saves years of problems.

New businesses

You need a domain, email and hosting ready before your website and marketing can start.

Businesses with scattered accounts

Domain, hosting and email were set up by different people over the years and nobody is sure where the logins are.

Sites outgrowing cheap hosting

Your site is slow, goes down at busy times or keeps getting hacked.

Companies changing providers

You want to move hosting or email without downtime or lost messages.

Domain and hosting services

Domain name selection and registration

Help choosing a short, brandable name and the right extension (.com, .in, .co.in and others), registered in your business's name.

Domain transfer and renewal management

Transferring domains between registrars and keeping renewals and auto-renew in order so nothing expires by accident.

DNS management

A, CNAME, MX, TXT, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records configured correctly for website, email and verification.

Web hosting setup

Choosing and configuring shared, VPS or cloud hosting that fits your traffic, platform and budget.

SSL certificates

HTTPS on every page with automatic renewal, plus redirects from HTTP to HTTPS.

Business email setup

Professional email on your domain through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or hosting mail, with deliverability records in place.

Website and email migration

Moving websites, databases and mailboxes to new hosting with planned DNS changes and minimal downtime.

Backups and security

Scheduled backups, firewall and malware scanning, and recovery if something goes wrong.

Performance tuning

Caching, PHP versions, CDN and server settings tuned for faster WordPress and WooCommerce sites.

Which type of hosting do you need?

The right hosting depends on traffic, platform and how much management you want to do yourself.

Shared hosting

Low cost and fine for small brochure sites with modest traffic. Resources are shared with other sites, so performance can vary.

Managed WordPress hosting

Tuned for WordPress with caching, backups and updates handled. A good fit for most business sites and blogs.

VPS or cloud hosting

Dedicated resources for busy stores, web applications and custom software. Needs proper server management.

Hosted platforms

Shopify includes hosting in its plans, so only the domain and email need setting up separately.

How to choose a good domain name

Keep it short and easy to say

A name people can spell after hearing it once is worth more than a clever one.

Prefer .com or .in

.com is the most recognised worldwide; .in signals an Indian business and is often easier to get.

Avoid hyphens and numbers

They are easy to mistype and hard to communicate on the phone.

Check trademarks and social handles

Make sure the name is not someone else's brand and that matching social profiles are available.

Register it in your company's name

The domain is a business asset. The registrant should be your company, with an email you control.

Consider protective registrations

Common variants and extensions can stop competitors or scammers from using them.

How we set things up

  1. 1. Review

We list your current domains, hosting, email and DNS, and who holds each account.

  2. 2. Recommend

Domain options and a hosting and email setup suited to your site and budget.

  3. 3. Register and configure

Domain, hosting, DNS, SSL and email are set up in accounts owned by your business.

  4. 4. Migrate

Existing sites and mailboxes are copied, tested and switched over with planned DNS changes.

  5. 5. Verify

We test website, HTTPS, email sending and receiving, and spam-score records.

  6. 6. Hand over

You receive a document of every account, record and renewal date.

Business email that reaches the inbox

Since 2024, Gmail and Yahoo require proper authentication from senders. These DNS records decide whether your emails land in the inbox or in spam.

SPF

Lists the servers allowed to send email for your domain. One SPF record only, kept within the lookup limit.

DKIM

Adds a cryptographic signature to each message so receivers can confirm it was not altered and really came from you.

DMARC

Tells receivers what to do with mail that fails SPF or DKIM and sends you reports. We start in monitoring mode and tighten it gradually.

Separate sending for marketing

Newsletters and bulk mail should go through a dedicated email service, so a campaign never harms delivery of everyday business email.

Website form emails

Contact-form notifications are sent through authenticated SMTP instead of the server's default mail, which is often marked as spam.

Avoid the most common domain and hosting disasters

Expired domain

Turn on auto-renew, keep a valid card on the account and use a renewal-notice email someone actually reads.

Domain in a former employee's or agency's name

Move the registrant and the account login to the company before anyone leaves.

No access to DNS

Keep DNS logins in a shared password manager, with two-factor authentication on registrar and hosting accounts.

Backups only on the same server

If the hosting account is hacked or suspended, those backups go with it. Keep an off-site copy.

Engagement models

Pick the way of working that fits domain and hosting work. You can switch models later as the work changes.

Fixed-scope project

Best for one-off tasks: a new domain and email setup, an SSL installation or a hosting migration.

Dedicated developer or team (monthly)

Best for businesses that want hosting, backups, updates and renewals looked after every month.

Hourly / time and materials

Best for maintenance, small changes and evolving scope. You pay for the hours actually used, with a log of what was done.

What affects the cost of domains and hosting?

Domain extension

Prices vary by extension and registrar, and premium names cost more.

Hosting type

Shared, managed WordPress, VPS and cloud plans differ widely in price and capability.

Email provider and mailboxes

Workspace and Microsoft 365 are billed per user; hosting mail is often included.

Migration complexity

Large sites, many mailboxes or custom server setups take longer to move.

Ongoing management

Backups, monitoring and updates add a monthly service cost but reduce risk.

Domain and hosting FAQs

Who will own my domain name?

Your business should own it. We register the domain with your company as the registrant and an email address you control, so you can never be locked out.

What is the difference between a domain and hosting?

A domain is your website's address; hosting is the server that stores and serves your website. You need both, and they can be with the same or different providers.

Should I choose .com or .in?

Choose .com if you want global recognition and it is available; .in is a strong choice for businesses focused on India. Many businesses register both and redirect one to the other.

How long does it take to register a domain and set up hosting?

Registering a domain takes minutes. Hosting, SSL and email setup are usually done within a day, while DNS changes can take a few hours to update worldwide.

Can you move my website to new hosting without downtime?

Yes. We copy and test the site on the new server first, then switch DNS at a planned time, so visitors see little or no interruption.

Why are my emails going to spam?

Usually because SPF, DKIM or DMARC records are missing or wrong, or the sending server has a poor reputation. We check and fix these records as part of email setup.

Do I need an SSL certificate?

Yes. SSL enables HTTPS, which browsers expect, protects form data and is a basic trust signal for visitors and search engines.

Which hosting is best for WordPress?

Managed WordPress hosting or a well-configured VPS usually performs best. The right choice depends on traffic, plugins and whether you run WooCommerce.

Can you take over domains and hosting set up by someone else?

Yes. We help recover access where possible, document every account and move them into your business's name.

What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?

They are DNS records that prove your emails really come from your domain. SPF lists allowed sending servers, DKIM signs each message and DMARC tells receivers how to handle mail that fails those checks. Together they improve delivery and stop spoofing.

Can my domain and hosting be with different companies?

Yes. Many businesses keep the domain at one registrar and hosting or email elsewhere, connected through DNS records. Keeping the domain separate from hosting can make it easier to change hosting providers later.
