How do payments work?
Payments are tied to milestones in the written scope. You pay for each stage as it is delivered.
Can you work to a fixed budget?
Yes. Tell us your budget range and we suggest what can be built well within it, and what could come in a later phase.

How long does a project take?
A business website usually takes a few weeks; stores, apps and custom software take longer. You get a timeline with the written scope.
How will I see progress?
On a staging site you can open at any time, plus written updates on what changed and what is next.
What do you need from me to start?
Your goals, any brand assets (logo, colours, photos), content or a content plan, and access to existing accounts if we are taking over a site.
How do I order a website design?

Who owns the code and designs?
You do. Code, designs, domain, hosting and store accounts are in your name, and we put that in writing.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign your NDA on request before you share confidential information.
How do you keep my website secure?
Updated software, secure hosting configuration, backups, SSL and least-privilege access. We can also run regular maintenance for you.

Is SEO included when you build a website?
Technical SEO is part of every build: fast pages, clean structure, metadata, schema and redirects. Ongoing SEO and content are a separate service.
