Can you build an Arabic and English website?
Yes. We build a full right-to-left Arabic version alongside English, with mirrored layouts, Arabic web fonts, Arabic forms and emails, and hreflang tags so search engines show the right language. You or an Arabic copywriter approve the Arabic text.
How do your hours fit the UAE working day?
Our office runs 9am to 8pm India time, which is 7:30am to 6:30pm in the UAE. That covers your whole working day, so calls, reviews and quick fixes happen in real time.
Which payment options can your stores accept in the UAE?
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through gateways such as Network International (N-Genius), Telr, Checkout.com or Stripe; buy-now-pay-later with Tabby and Tamara; and cash on delivery where your logistics partner supports it. The merchant accounts are in your company’s name.
Does the UAE data protection law affect our website?
The federal Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) covers most onshore businesses, while DIFC and ADGM companies follow their own free-zone data protection rules. We build consent, forms and data handling to suit, and your adviser confirms which regime applies to you.
Can you show prices with VAT?
