2. Website Development & Software Development Services
Eligible for Refund
- If the project has not yet been started.
- If the client cancels the project within 3 days of payment and no work has commenced.
Partial Refund
- If the project has started but remains incomplete due to reasons attributable to Icon Web Solution.
- Refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed and resources utilized.
Non-Refundable
- Once project design, development, testing, or deployment has begun.
- After final delivery of the project.
- For approved milestones that have already been completed.
- Custom software development projects.
3. Digital Marketing & SEO Services
Due to the nature of digital marketing services:
- Setup fees are non-refundable.
- Monthly SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Advertising Management fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- No refunds will be issued for completed service periods.
4. Domain Registration & Web Hosting
Domain registration fees and hosting charges are strictly non-refundable because these services are purchased from third-party providers on behalf of the client.
This includes:
- Domain Name Registration
- Domain Renewals
- Hosting Plans
- SSL Certificates
- Email Hosting Services
5. Training & Internship Programs
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered only if:
- The training or internship has not yet started.
- The request is made within 48 hours of enrollment.
Non-Refundable
- After training sessions have started.
- After internship access, materials, or project resources have been provided.
- For completed training modules or internship durations.
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients wishing to cancel a service must submit a written cancellation request via email.

Clients are encouraged to contact Icon Web Solution before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services.
