This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for projects and services from Icon Web Solution. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Where you have a signed contract with us, the refund terms in that contract apply first.
Refunds
- Because our work is custom-made, we do not offer a 100% refund or money-back guarantee for website development, logo or blog design, e-commerce, mobile app development, digital marketing or related work.
- If you cancel a project, we calculate the value of the work already done and delivered. We may refund up to 50% of the payments made to date, after adjusting for that work.
- With a refund you receive the deliverables completed so far, including source files, databases, diagrams and your documents.
- Approved refunds are issued within 15 working days.
- Refunds for SEO and other ongoing services are agreed project by project and set out in your proposal or contract.
Cancelling a project or plan
- Send a cancellation notice by email to info@iconwebsolution.com at least 7 days before the end of your current term, with your name, company, project or domain name and your account or invoice number. Never send passwords by email.
- We confirm the request by email and may ask you to verify your identity.
- Cancellations requested by phone, voicemail, SMS or chat are not accepted until they are confirmed by email.
- Projects or plans can be cancelled once there are no unpaid invoices for work already delivered.
- After cancellation, data stored on our systems may be deleted. Please take any backups you need before your notice period ends.
