How much do your hours overlap with Australia?
Our office runs 9am to 8pm India time. That overlaps with the Australian afternoon: about 2.5 hours with Sydney and Melbourne in daylight-saving time, 3.5 hours outside it and with Brisbane, and 5.5 hours with Perth. Work done in our evening is ready for you to review when you start the next day.
Can you register a .com.au domain for us?
We can set it up, but it must be registered in your name. A .com.au needs an Australian presence, usually an ABN or ACN, or a registered Australian trade mark for overseas businesses, and the name must be connected to your business.
Can our online store take Afterpay and Zip?
Yes. Shopify and WooCommerce both support Afterpay and Zip through their official integrations, alongside Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The merchant accounts are yours; we integrate and test them.
Will prices show GST correctly?
Yes. Prices shown to consumers include GST, as Australian Consumer Law expects, and invoices show the GST amount. Your accountant confirms your registration; the store handles the display.
Does the Privacy Act apply to our website?
It applies to businesses with an annual turnover above $3 million and some smaller ones, such as health service providers. From 10 December 2026, privacy policies must also explain significant decisions made by automated systems. We build consent, forms and data handling to suit; your adviser confirms the policy.
Is the website accessible?
We design and test to WCAG 2.1 AA. The Disability Discrimination Act applies to websites, and WCAG is the benchmark used in Australian guidance.
Who owns the code and accounts?
You own everything we build for you. Source code, designs and content are transferred to you in full on payment, with no licence fees or lock-in, and domains, hosting, app store, analytics and payment accounts are opened in your company’s name from day one. We are happy to sign your NDA before you share any project details.
