Questions Danish companies ask us

Can you build a website in Danish?
Yes. We build Danish and English versions on separate URLs with hreflang, handle æ, ø and å correctly in content, forms and emails, and agree how they appear in URLs (for example ‘ae’, ‘oe’ and ‘aa’). You or a Danish copywriter provide or approve the Danish text.
Can customers pay with MobilePay and Dankort?
Yes, through a payment provider that supports them. Vipps MobilePay and Visa/Dankort are available through Danish and Nordic gateways such as Nets (Nexi), QuickPay and OnPay, and through Shopify and WooCommerce plugins. Your provider contract is in your company’s name; we do the integration and testing.
How much do our working days overlap?
Our office runs 9am to 8pm India time, which is 4:30am to 3:30pm in Copenhagen in winter and 5:30am to 4:30pm in summer. That is 6.5 to 7.5 hours of live overlap with a normal Danish working day.
Is it GDPR-compliant to use a team in India?
It can be. India has no EU adequacy decision, so if we need access to personal data you sign a data processing agreement with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Where possible we work on staging copies without real customer data.
Can you connect our webshop to e-conomic or Dinero?
Yes. Orders, customers and invoices can flow from Shopify or WooCommerce into e-conomic, Dinero or Billy through their APIs or established integrations, so your bookkeeper does not retype orders.
Do you build for the Danish public sector?
We can build to the requirements public bodies set: EN 301 549 accessibility with a published accessibility statement, and e-invoicing in OIOUBL or Peppol through NemHandel for invoices to public customers. Tender requirements vary, so we read them with you first.
Can you add MitID login?
MitID login runs through an approved MitID broker. If your service needs it, we plan the integration with the broker you choose during discovery, because it affects user flows and contracts.
